Here's how
1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging.
2. Write the quantity of items to be returned and the reason for the return on the delivery note and sign it.
3. Register the return with DHL and print the returns label, which will be emailed to you. You can also use the printer-free option with the QR code.
4. Hand in the parcel at a DHL parcel shop of your choice.
5. Keep the proof of delivery in a safe place.

Returns from other EU countries and third countries
Returns from outside the EU are subject to delivery charges, which are to be paid by you. If you are based in a third country, you may be subject to import duties. Please contact us at HQG-LHT@mehler-systems.com before sending your return and do not send the parcel until you have heard from us.
