LOWA® TRAC® ULTRA
The grippy rubber outsole provides the necessary stability for fast-paced long-distance runs. The studs are bidirectionally aligned, enabling both rapid acceleration and responsive braking.

  Midsole

 

Approx. 100% EVA
The abbreviation EVA stands for ‘ethylene vinyl acetate’ and refers to an elastomeric polymer used in the manufacture of plastic materials. The EVA material ensures softness and flexibility and is mostly used in the manufacture of shoes and shoe midsoles with shock-absorbing properties. Depending on the density used, different degrees of hardness can be achieved.

 

  Insole

 

Approx. 90% polyurethane (PU)
Polyurethane (PU) is a soft plastic with very good cushioning properties and is therefore mostly used in the midsole. The PU content makes the soles lightweight and flexible.

Approx. 10% mesh
Mesh fabric is made up of many small meshes, mostly polyester or nylon, and technically forms a grid created by interconnected threads. Thanks to its special processing technique, this synthetic fibre textile is particularly breathable, moisture-regulating, easy to care for, airy and crease-resistant.
