Lowa BREACHER N GTX MID

The BREACHER N GTX MID is part of a new generation of operational boots that combine state-of-the-art materials and technologies. Despite its low weight, the boot offers uncompromising stability and protection. The breathable nubuck leather and CORDURA® fabric ensure durability and optimal climate comfort. The GORE-TEX® Professional membrane provides reliable protection against water, wind and cold – while remaining breathable. A particular highlight is the PORON®-based ankle protection system, which effectively absorbs external impacts. The closed lace hooks and two-zone lacing allow for individual adjustment and maximum safety when wearing – even during fast movements.

Polyurethane (PU) is a soft plastic with excellent cushioning properties,
which is why it is mostly used in the midsole. The PU content makes the
soles lightweight and flexible
Approx. 9% polyamide
Polyamides are plastics that can be synthesised and used to manufacture
synthetic fibres. In addition to their high resistance, polyamides
are characterised above all by their dimensional stability, tear and abrasion
resistance and waterproofness. Polyamides are also elastic, very stretchy
and highly glossy.

GORE-TEX Professional
Shoes equipped with a GORE-TEX Extended Comfort Footwear membrane
are permanently waterproof and particularly suitable for warm temperatures.

Nubuck leather is a full-grain leather that is lightly sanded on the grain side,
giving the leather a velvety appearance. Nubuck leather is characterised by
its durability, robustness and open pores. Depending on the desired look,
nubuck leather can be left untreated or oiled or waxed.

Thanks to their application-specific properties, natural and synthetic
textiles enable optimal heat and moisture management.
Their structural composition makes them supple and ensures
that our products are extremely comfortable to wear.
