To return an item, you can use the link below to register them with the shipping service provider DHL. The return within Germany is free of charge.
And this is how it works:
1. repack the item in its original packaging.
2. enclose a copy of the delivery bill and the number of items you want to return.
3. register the return by using the link of DHL below.
4. Print out the return label, which will be sent to you by mail or use the printer-free variant with the QR code.
5. Drop off the package at a DHL parcel store of your choice.
6. Keep the proof of delivery in a safe place.
