What is Government Agency Discount?
• All government agencies receive a 10% discount on the recommended retail price of almost all of our items* ((*e.g. on-sale items and ballistic plate inserts a priori excluded).
When am I eligible for the Government Agency Discount?
You are eligible for our Government Agency Discount
• as soon as we have a legible copy of your valid official government service card. You can send us your copy via email, fax, or letter.
• in case your order is shipped to a government facility (i.e. military base or police department).
• in case your order is shipped to an army post office in the field.
Important Information on the Handling of your Official Government Documents
• Customers who have proven their eligibility via copy of their service documents are recorded as such in our database and the copies subsequently deleted/destroyed.
• Verification of eligibility is only needed once. For all future orders discounts are automatically granted.
• Irrelevant data on your document may of course be made illegible.
When Do I Have to Present Proof of Eligibility?
• Verification of eligibility is to be presented at least by the time you place your order to grant a discount.
• Orders which have already been delivered and/or billed are not retroactively eligible for a discount by the time verification has been presented.
• For streamlined processing, we kindly ask for you to note in the comment section the date on which you will be able to subsequently hand in proof of eligibility and/or whether the shipping address is a federal agency.
• Also we would like to ask you to quote your order number when you send in proof of eligibility in case your order has already been shipped.
• You can directly sign up for your personal account. For this purpose please send us a copy of your official service document/ID, you address, phone number, and email address. You can do this via email, fax, or mail. We will sign you up as being eligible for our Government Agency Discount and send you your login details via email.
Specifics:
• On your order confirmation and invoice discounts will not be shown. The prices will already include your discount.
• Additionally, shipments via armed forces postal service to operations in non-European countries are exempt of German statutory value-added tax.
• We do not have access to the account data of customers who registered but did not order yet, using their accounts. Therefor we can not asign discount to those accounts.
